Shirley Solis is the mastermind of Level 7 Investors.  Shirley is a world class public speaker and has been presented on many stages. Shirley has an amazing way of putting people together and bringing the best out of them.  She is a successful coach, businesswoman, wife, and mother.  

Shirley role with Level 7 is to lead our investor relations and capital raising aspects as well as provide and guide our educational programs. Shirley believes that an educated investor will be a successful investor and that our role as multifamily experts is to ensure that our investors have the information and education needed to make informed decision that can change their lives.   

Manny Del Val comes from a family of real estate investors.  His grandparents started the legacy by coming from Cuba to the USA in 1968 purchasing their first property in 1970 for $30K and selling it for $205K in 1987 and taking that money and purchasing over 5 rental properties.  Manny's father followed the same trajectory and purchased various single-family properties in Florida, and Illinois and eventually decided to build new construction in Costa Rica. 

Manny is a graduate of the University of Miami with a degree in Business Management and Computer Information System, in 2013 he obtained his MBA from Florida International University. Manny has over 25 years of Infromation Technology experience, and over 10 years dealing with Budgets and Project Management.

Manny Started his journey in 2019 with his first fix and flip, then went into Airbnb in 2020, and did some more fix and flips in 2020 and 2021, in 2022 Manny started with small residential multifamily and in 2024 Manny decided to up his game and invested into his education to learn the Commercial Multifamily game where he has successfully invested in over 240+ doors in 2024 and is a COGP in a 2016 unit deal. 

Manny is passionate about business, finances, and creating value.  He has a tireless work ethic and believes that the only thing you control is how hard you work.  Manny is always looking for ways to increase investor returns and find creative ways to add value.  Manny is married to his wife Lina, has a 24-year-old daughter and a 14-year-old stepdaughter.  Manny enjoys home remodeling, sports, beach life, reading, and would like to create a program to teach middle school and high school kids' financial literacy and alternatives to the traditional college approach.  

Sebastian Castro is one of the co-founders and COO of Level 7 Investors, a multifamily syndication firm dedicated to creating passive income opportunities through smart real estate investments, With a strong foundation in business, digital marketing, and data science, He strategically leverages automation and AI to streamline processes and enhance deal sourcing and financial analysis—without losing the human touch that builds lasting investor confidence.

Sebastian’s entrepreneurial background spans multiple startups, including Go Fresh Deliveries, as well as a strategic partnership with The Carnero Group. His deep immersion in multifamily investing has led to successful transactions and the development of high-value partnerships. Committed to continuous learning and innovation, Sebastian transforms traditional real estate strategies into scalable, value-driven investments that stand trough out all market cycles.
As an advocate for infant and youth heart health research, Sebastian supports the
Children Cardiomyopathy Foundation and is actively involved in amplifying its resources through donating, fundraising and advocacy.

Fernando Munoz - is a native of Spain and is our Director of International Investments, having a background in international relations Fernando helps coach our international investors in why investing in the United States is a safe and good idea, he teaches them the power of multifamily and how they can grow and keep their money protected in the United States.  

If you are an international investor you need to speak to Fernando, he is a wealth of knowledge and an overall amazing hospitable guy. 

Reagan Clo was born in Florida, moved to Tennessee as a child, and is now back in Florida working as a rocket engineer for NASA at the Kennedy Space Center, and a commercial multifamily investor. Reagan has strategic experience in team management, organizational skills, and very complex and high-pressure operations. He literally helps send astronauts to the Moon.

While being an engineer is an incredible aspiration, Reagan also discovered real estate investing early in his career. After five grueling years of hands-on investing, making many mistakes as well as achieving major wins, he found commercial real estate to be an excellent way to build wealth for both himself and his family. He now uses his engineering skills, developed at NASA along with a strong work ethic, and love of helping people to bring commercial multifamily real estate opportunities to investors.  

When presented with the opportunity to join the Level7Investor Team and be the lead for North American Investments, Reagan eagerly accepted, knowing that the skills and experience he has gained will allow him to connect with investors and explain the opportunities the Level 7 team has available.  We at Level 7 are lucky to have such a talented, smart, and hard-working member on our team. 

Sebastian has a master's degree in Fintech and Financial Innovation and is a successful entrepreneur based out of Medellin, Colombia. Sebastian has formed various companies and is experienced in fundraising and capital raising as a whole. He is currently the CEO and Founder of the startup Puntos Versus, which seeks to promote an alternative digital economy to build a financial well-being for society.  This aligns well with the values of Level 7 of giving back and making the world a better place.  Sebastian role with Level 7 is to explain to Latin American investors the benefits of investing in commercial multifamily real estate in the United States. His experience in fundraising, entrepreneur background, understanding of fintech, and social awareness make him the ideal person to spread the Level 7 message to Latin America.
